Shipping Policies

BagsandBoxes.com ships via UPS/Fedex to the 48 Contiguous United States, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, and the Caribbean. All Orders ship out via Standard Ground unless expedited shipping is requested.
 
Shipping is calculated at the check-out page on the total of merchandise ordered.
Delivery & Payment Terms

In Stock Merchandise from our warehouse ships within 24 hours of receiving your order. A sales or customer service representative will reach out and advise if an item is not in stock or is on back order within 24 hours of placing an order.

Please contact a member of our Customer Service Team ([email protected]) or 833-570-BAGS (2247) if you need expedited shipping or you would like us to ship items on your UPS or Fedex account number.

Online Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.

A $2.75 nominal fee will charged for any deliveries to a residential address.

BagsandBoxes.com works hard to maintain pricing for long periods of time.  Unfortunately, due to increases in manufacturing raw materials some pricing may change over time.  Prices are subject to change without notice.

Because of the natural fiber content in some products, the shade of some products may vary from similar items and the color of some items may look different online compared to real life.  Please feel free to contact one of our sales or customer service representatives to receive a sample prior to placing your order.  

Returns

Please contact a member of our Customer Service Team ([email protected]) or 833-570-BAGS (2247) for a Return Authorization (RA) Number.  All returns must be within 10 business days of invoice date.  A 20% restocking fee will be charged.  All merchandise must be in the original packaging in saleable condition.  Customer is responsible for returned item shipping charges.  A credit would apply to merchandise only.
